Psychotherapy: We, at Adayu, understand that healing from an eating disorder is unique and requires a tailored approach. We see psychotherapy from an eclectic perspective and offer a variety of therapeutic modalities prominently using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Family Based Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

We also believe that therapeutic approaches go beyond traditional psychotherapy, the inclusion of art-based therapy into our treatment program gives you the opportunity to explore and express your inner self through various forms of art, clay sculpting, music and movement.
